机载电接触器件在振动条件下的磨损研究

摘要 为预估机载电接触器件是否能保证寿命期内挂飞振动环境下的可靠接触,基于Archard模型,对机载电接触器件在挂飞随机振动载荷下的磨损量进行了计算,并分析了电镀涂层在寿命期内的可靠程度。结果表明:磨损量满足目前挂飞架次的要求,文中计算流程为机载电接触器件镀层设计提供了工程计算方法。 In order to predict whether the electrical contact parts of the machine can ensure the reliable contact under the hanging vibration environment during the life period, the wear amount of the airborne electric contact device under the random vibration load of captive flight is computed based on the Archard model. The contact reliability of the coating surfaces under vibrated wear is then analyzed. The results show that the contact is reliable during the carrying period, and the calculational method can be used generally in analogous engineering field.
