生物分子标记物在卵巢癌早期诊断中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 卵巢癌是妇科的常见肿瘤,其病死率占妇科肿瘤的首位,预后极差。如何提高早期诊断是改善卵巢癌预后的关键。随着分子生物学的发展,诊断技术的提高,对肿瘤微环境,外泌体,长链非编码RNA,微小RNA,循环肿瘤细胞和已经发现的肿瘤指标等诊断技术逐步运用于临床,成为早期诊断卵巢癌的新希望。本文通过对早期诊断卵巢癌的各种生物分子标记物进行综述,为临床工作者选择合适诊断指标提供参考,为早期诊断卵巢癌提供依据。 Ovarian cancer is a common tumor in department of gynecology.Its fatality rate accountes for the first place in gynecological tumors,and its prognosis is extremely poor.How to improve early diagnosis is the key to improve the prognosis of ovarian cancer.It has became the new hope that the tumor microenvironment,exosomes,long-chain non-coding RNA,microRNA,circulating tumor cells and tumor markers have been gradually applied to the clinic with the development of molecular biology and the improvement of diagnostic techniques.This article reviews the various biomarker markers for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer,in order to provide a reference for clinicians to select appropriate diagnostic indexes,and provide a basis for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
