摘要
目的探讨针对性护理干预在胃癌患者术后化疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的96例胃癌患者为研究对象,均采用胃癌根治术结合化疗进行治疗,根据治疗的先后顺序将患者分为对照组(48例,常规护理)和研究组(48例,针对性护理)。比较护理前、后两组的HAMA、EORTCQLQ-C30评分及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者HAMA评分及EORTCQLQ-C30评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者HAMA评分均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的功能领域及总体健康状况评分均升高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的症状领域及单一条目各评分均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预在胃癌患者术后化疗中的应用效果显著,能够缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in postoperative chemotherapy of patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 96 patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All patients were treated with radical gastrectomy combined with chemotherapy. According to the order of treatment, the patients were divided into control group (48 cases, routine nursing) and research group (48 cases, targeted nursing). The scores of HAMA, EORTC QLQ-C30 and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences of the scores of HAMA and EORTC QLQ-C30 between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of HAMA in both groups decreased, and that in the research group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of the functional areas and overall health status in both groups increased, and those in the research group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);the scores of symptom areas and each single item in both groups decreased, and those in the research group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction in the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has a significant application effect in postoperative chemotherapy of patients with gastric cancer. It can relieve the anxiety of patients, increase the nursing satisfaction, and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
