关节腔内注射重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察关节腔内注射重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月至2018年12月西安市第五医院收治的60例RA患者为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组与对照组,各30例。试验组给予单关节内注射重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白,对照组给予皮下注射同等剂量同种药物。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组ESR、CRP、PLT、滑膜厚度和积液深度均降低,且试验组滑膜厚度和积液深度均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组关节液MMP-3含量均下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节内注射重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白可显著降低关节滑膜厚度、积液深度、关节液MMP-3含量,是治疗RA的一种有效方法。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-Fc on rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods A total of 60 RA patients admitted in Xi'an No.5 Hospital from August 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was given intra-articular injection of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-Fc, while the control group was given subcutaneous injection of the same dose of the same drug. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the ESR, CRP, PLT, synovial thickness and hydrocele depth reduced in both groups, and synovial thickness and hydrocele depth in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the MMP-3 content of joint fluid in both groups decreased, and that in the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intra-articular injection of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-Fc can significantly reduce synovial thickness, hydrocele depth and MMP-3 content of joint fluid, which is an effective method in the treatment of RA.
