关节腔注射益赛普治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察关节腔注射TNF-α拮抗剂益赛普对类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的疗效。方法对60例单关节肿痛明显的RA患者进行关节腔注射益赛普,每次12.5mg,4周后观察临床指标。结果在关节腔注射后4周,患者在关节疼痛指数、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节功能指数及关节僵硬指数较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论关节腔注射益赛普可以明显改善RA患者关节局部症状,操作简单易行,安全性好。
