摘要
目的:分析老年脑梗死恢复期家庭康复影响因素,建立中医护理技术康复指导模式,促进脑梗死患者获得全面康复。方法:选择2017年1-6月在笔者所在医院治疗后出院的84例恢复期老年脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组42例,两组患者均进行家庭随访和调查,了解其家庭康复影响因素,对照组采用常规护理技术进行康复指导,研究组采用中医护理技术进行康复指导,对比两组预后效果。结果:家庭随访调查发现,疾病了解程度、饮食清淡、睡眠时间、康复护理知识、康复护理技巧了解程度为家庭康复影响因素。指导前,两组患者(或家属)对家庭康复护理技术掌握程度、神经功能缺损及生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);指导后,研究组患者(或家属)对家庭康复护理技术掌握程度评分显著高于对照组,研究组神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组,研究组生活质量评分、康复总有效率均显著高于对照组,研究组肢体功能康复时间显著短于对照组,两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对患者及家属对家庭康复护理知识和技术了解不足的影响因素,可采用中医护理技术康复指导模式对患者及家属进行干预,不仅能提高患者康复效果,还能缩短其康复周期。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of family rehabilitation of elderly patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage,and to establish a rehabilitation guidance model of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,so as to promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients.Method:Eighty-four convalescent elderly patients with cerebral infarction discharged from our hospital from January to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the research group with 42 cases in each group.Family follow-up and investigation were conducted in both groups to understand the influencing factors of family rehabilitation.The control group was received rehabilitation guidance with conventional nursing technology,while the research group was received rehabilitation guidance with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.Prognostic effects of two groups of patients were compared.Result:Family follow-up survey found that the disease awareness,light diet,sleep time,rehabilitation nursing knowledge and rehabilitation nursing skills were the influencing factors of family rehabilitation.Before guidance,there were no significant difference in the mastery of family rehabilitation nursing skills,neurological deficits and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After guidance,the study group had a significantly higher score on the mastery of family rehabilitation nursing technology than the control group.The neurological deficit score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The quality of life score and total effective rate of rehabilitation of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The rehabilitation time of limb function of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aiming at the influencing factors of insufficient knowledge and technology of family rehabilitation nursing for
