摘要
目的:分析醒脑静联合高压氧对急性一氧化碳中毒患者治疗效果及对肝、肾功能影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的64例急性一氧化碳中毒患者,将其随机分为对照组(n=32)及观察组(n=32)。对照组经高压氧治疗,观察组经醒脑静联合高压氧治疗,比较两组苏醒时间、意识恢复时间及治疗前后肝肾功能。结果:观察组苏醒时间、意识恢复时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组TP、ALT、AST水平均明显降低,且观察组ALT、AST水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组BUN、Scr水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组Scr水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静联合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒效果理想,可明显改善患者肝肾功能,临床价值高,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing combined with hyperbaric oxygen on patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning and its effect on liver and kidney function.Method:A total of 64 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning admitted in our hospital were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group(n=32) and observation group(n=32).The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen.The observation group was treated with Xingnaojing combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The recovery time,recovery time of consciousness and liver and kidney function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time and consciousness recovery time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TP,ALT and AST in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the levels of ALT and AST in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Scr level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning has an ideal effect,which can significantly improve the liver and kidney function of patients,and has high clinical value,which is worthy of popularization and application.
