摘要
目的探讨普米克令舒联合博利康尼氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法参与该次研究小儿患者共80例,均为方便2015年5月—2018年5月间入院接受治疗的小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,依据入院顺序分组,对照组使用地塞米松磷酸钠治疗,观察组则采取普米克令舒联合博利康尼氧气雾化吸入治疗,各40例。治疗结束后比较疗效。结果观察组经过治疗后计算其总有效率为97.5%,对照组经过治疗后计算其总有效率为82.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.000;P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽消失时间为(4.7±0.2)d、喘憋消失时间为(2.3±0.2)d、肺部啰音消失时间为(5.1±0.4)d、住院时间为(6.5±0.9)d、均短于对照组(t咳嗽=10.570;t喘憋=13.416;t肺部啰音=8.485;t住院时间=3.115;P<0.05)。两组患儿在接受治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论小儿毛细支气管炎在治疗过程中选择普米克令舒联合博利康尼氧气雾化吸入疗法疗效确切,可有效解除患儿患病痛苦,尽快改善临床症状及体征,促进患儿康复,同时用药安全性较高,适用于小儿。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pulmicort Respules in combination with Bricanyl inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients were enrolled in the study.All children with pediatric bronchiolitis who were admitted to hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were convenient divided into groups according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate.In the observation group,Pulmicort Respules combined with Bricanyl oxygen inhalation therapy,40 cases each.The efficacy is compared after the end of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.5%after treatment in the observation group.The total effective rate was 82.5%after treatment in the control group.The data between the groups were statistically compared(χ2=5.000;P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough in observation group was(4.7±0.2)d,the time of disappearance of wheezing was(2.3±0.2)d,the time of disappearance of lung voice was(5.1±0.4)d,and the length of hospital stay was(6.5±0.9)d,shorter than the control group(tcough=10.570;twheezing=13.416;tlung voice=8.485;thospitalization time=3.115;P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions during the treatment period between the two groups.Conclusion Pediatric bronchiolitis in the treatment of the choice of Prometheus combined with Bricanyl oxygen aerosol inhalation therapy is effective,can effectively relieve the suffering of children,improve clinical symptoms and signs as soon as possible,promote the rehabilitation of children,with high security,suitable for children.
