摘要 针对悬挂式单轨车辆通过曲线时侧滚较大的问题,从车辆设计、系统动力学参数优化的角度出发探索控制车辆侧滚的方法。首先对悬挂式单轨车辆结构进行分析,在此基础之上建立悬挂式单轨车辆拓扑构型关系和动力学仿真模型;然后对车辆系统动力学参数进行灵敏度分析,筛选出对车辆侧滚影响显著的参数;最后以影响显著的系统动力学参数作为优化设计变量,以车辆运行稳定性、曲线通过性和平稳性作为优化约束条件,采用NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法作为优化算法,运用ADAMS与mode FRONTIER联合对悬挂式单轨车辆侧滚进行优化分析。优化结果表明:在满足给定约束条件下,当空气弹簧刚度、走行轮胎垂向刚度、水平轮径向刚度达到最优解时,悬挂式单轨车辆的侧滚角降低了15.90%~17.11%,悬挂式单轨车辆的侧滚得到了有效控制。 Aiming at the marked side rolling of the suspension monorail vehicle passing the curve,this paper explores how to control it from the perspectives of vehicle design and system dynamic parameter optimization.It analysed first the vehicle s structure to establish its topological structure and dynamic simulation model,then the sensitivity of its system dynamic parameters to filter out those significantly affecting the rolling,and at last,took the system dynamic parameters as optimal design variables,using the vehicle operating stability,curve possibility and stationarity as optimal constraint conditions,applying the NSGA-Ⅱgenetic algorithm as optimization algorithm,combining the multi body dynamic software(ADAMS)with the multi-objective optimization software(mode FRONTIER)to optimize the vehicle s rolling.The optimized solution shows that its rolling angle is reduced by 15.90%~17.11%when the stiffness of the air spring,vertical stiffness of the walking wheel and the radial stiffness of the horizontal wheel get optimalized under the given constraint conditions,and its side rolling can be effectively controlled.
