基于NSGA-Ⅱ的两级行星齿轮减速机的多目标优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了设计体积更小、效率更高的两级行星齿轮减速机,首先建立两级行星齿轮减速机多目标优化的数学模型;采用多目标进化算法NSGA-Ⅱ对数学模型进行优化,选择五种不同行星齿轮个数,优化得到两级行星齿轮减速机体积和传动效率的pareto最优解。同时与MATLAB工具箱优化获得的结果进行比较,结果显示NSGA-Ⅱ算法优化的结果均优于MATLAB工具箱优化的结果,特别是所设计的二级行星轮减速机的体积更小。所提出的多目标优化方法和步骤还可以为多级行星齿轮减速机的优化设计提供有效地指导。 In order to design a two-stage planetary gear reducer with smaller volume and higher efficiency,the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization is established. The two-stage planetary gear reducer with optimal volume and efficiency pareto solution is obtained by multi-objective evolutionary algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ. At the same time,compared with the results obtained by the optimization of the MATLAB toolbox,the results show that the optimization results of the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm are better than those of the optimization of the MATLAB toolbox,especially the volume of the secondary planetary gear reducer is smaller. The proposed multi-objective optimization method and steps can provide effective guidance for the optimal design of many-stage planetary gear reducer.
