摘要
α-大马酮作为香料在食品、化妆品等领域有着广泛的应用,因生产工艺的限制国内的生产厂家较少。本文提出一种新的制备α-大马酮的制备工艺,选用价格较为低廉的α-紫罗兰酮为原料,经羰基的肟化、双键的环氧化、脱水和还原反应得到α-大马酮。该路径操作简便,收率高,成本低,是一种适合工业化生产α-大马酮的方法。
The alpha-damascenone is widely used in food and cosmetics as a spice.There are few manufacturers of the alpha-damascenone in China due to technical limitations.A new synthesizing route was proposed by using the low-cost raw material of alpha-ionone,and the alpha-damascenone can be synthesized through oximation of carbonyl,epoxidation of double bond,dehydration,and reduction.This route is easy and simple with high yield and low cost,and is applicable to industrial production.
