悬臂梁式双光纤光栅应力传感器的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究悬臂梁式双光纤光栅应力传感器,该传感器利用悬臂梁式探头结构,把外界应力变化转化为双光纤布拉格光栅的波长差.当双光栅粘贴于悬臂梁两侧时,双光纤光栅反射谱在外力的作用下反向漂移,外界应力与波长差呈线性关系.为减小波长差,将双光纤光栅粘贴于悬臂梁同侧,双光纤光栅反射谱在外力作用下同向漂移.通过选取适合的双光纤光栅,外界应力与探测器探测到的拍频信号频率呈线性关系,可实现对外界应力的动态测量. Dual-fiber-grating stress sensor is studied in this paper.The sensor utilizes a cantilever beam probe structure to convert external stress changes into wavelength difference of the two fiber Bragg gratings.When the two fiber gratings are attached on both side of the cantilever beam,the reflection spectra of the two grating drift oppositely under external stress,which result in a linear relationship between external stress and wavelength difference.In order to decrease the wavelength difference,the two fiber gratings are attached on same side of the cantilever beam.The reflection spectra of the two gratings drift in the same direction under external stress.A linear relationship between external stress and the frequency of beat signal measured by photo detector can be obtained by choosing suitable gratings,which is capable to accurately detect dynamic stress.
