摘要
随着工业生产质量、效率、成本控制目标的提高,当前工业对流量测量精度、可靠性有了更高的要求。也伴随着光纤光栅这一新兴技术的产生,本文在传统流量计的测量原理与光纤光栅传感原理的基础上,分析总结了国内的一些光纤光栅流量测量技术的发展,并对光纤光栅流量传感器的发展进行了展望。
With the industrial production quality, efficiency, cost control to improve the objectives of the current industrial flow measurement accuracy and reliability have higher requirements. Also accompanied this emerging generation of fiber grating technology. This paper based on fiber grating sensor measurement principle and traditional principle of the flowmeter, to analyze and summarize some of the development of the domestic FBG flow measurement technology, and development of the prospect fiber grating flow sensors.
