互利共生型评教:破解学生评教实践困境的有效路径 被引量:1

Mutualistic System of Teaching Evaluation:An Effective Solution to the Dilemma in Teaching Evaluation of Students

摘要 学生评教是高校内部教学质量监测体系的重要组成部分,现行评教本质上是“为管理”的偏利型评教,在实践中暴露出管理主义价值取向明显、过程缺乏互动性和连续性、评教相关主体关系对立、信息反馈机制不畅、结果难以反映教学实际使评教难以实现促进教与学的核心目的。为改变偏利型评教的实践困境,基于生态学互利共生的思想理念,提出并构建了互利共生型评教新模式,其遵循“为可持续发展”的核心价值取向,通过教、学、管等主体在教学过程中即时互动、及时改进,同时借助教师教学发展中心和学生学习与发展指导中心等专业支持平台,实现教学相长、教管相促、共同发展。其实施包含三个步骤,推进和实现需要七个条件的支持。 Teaching evaluation conducted by the students is an important part of internal quality assurance system of colleges and universities.The existing purpose of evaluation is essentially"evaluation for the sake of management,"and therefore many problems have arisen in practice in terms of obvious managerialism-orientation,the lack of interactivity and continuity,antagonistic teacher-student relation,poor feedback mechanism and limitations in reflecting the actual teaching situation,and failure to achieve the core purpose of teaching and learning.In order to solve the practical dilemma of biased evaluation,based on the idea of ecological mutual benefit and symbiosis,this paper proposes and constructs a new model of"Mutualistic System of Teaching Evaluation",which follows the core value of sustainable development orientation.Through the real-time interaction and communication between teachers,students and school administrators and with the professional support platforms such as the Teacher Teaching Development Center and the Student Learning and Development Guidance Center,common development in the teaching,learning,and administrating will be realized.
