摘要
以蚌埠市为例,对人们的退休意愿及其影响因素进行研究.首先通过调查访问及资料参考选取影响退休意愿的相关指标,根据问卷结果建立SVM模型并用MATLAB编程进行求解,再结合灵敏度分析分别得到“年龄”、“收入”、“工作压力”、“身体状况”四种特征因素对人们退休意愿的影响趋势和大小,给延迟退休政策的实施能够充分满足不同特征群体的具体情况和接受程度以参考.
Taking bengbu city as an example,people's retirement intention and its influencing factors are studied in this paper.Firstly,relevant indicators affecting retirement intention are selected through survey interview and data reference.According to the questionnaire results,SVM model is established and MATLAB programming is used to solve the problem.Combined with the control variable method,the influence trends and sizes of "age","income","work pressure" and "physical condition" on people's retirement intention are obtained respectively.Then by different people to self ideal retirement age assessment as a dependent variable,retirement will influence factors as independent variables,using SPSS software to establish multiple linear regression equation,the different characteristics of the crowd ideal retirement age,to delay retirement policy implementation can fully meet the specific conditions and acceptance of different groups for reference.
