水基微乳液进样ICP-OES测定乳制品中金属元素含量

摘要 目的建立一种水基微乳液直接进样电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),测定乳制品中金属元素含量的方法。方法准确称取待测试样后加入1.0g0.1%聚乙二醇乳化剂,再加入破碎珠1.0g,放在细胞破碎仪上破碎240s后定容,直接进样ICP-OES同时检测铅、锰、铜、铬、钾、钠、钙和镁8种金属元素。结果通过标准物质GBW08509脱脂奶粉作为本实验的准确度和精密度的考量指标,测定值完全落在推荐值标准范围内,6次测定RSD<3%。线性范围0.1~0.5mg/L,相关系数在0.9991~0.9999之间,RSD在0.32%~1.99%之间,方法检出限在0.9~6.6μg/L之间。结论实验证明水基微乳液直接进样电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)分析技术,适合乳及乳制品中金属含量的分析,具有快速、方便、绿色等特点。 Objective To establish an ICP-OES method for the determination of metal elements in dairy products.Methods 1.0 g 0.1 % polyethylene glycol emulsifier was added after taking the sample to be tested, then 1.0 g broken bead was added, and the capacity was fixed after breaking 240 s on the cell Crusher. Direct sample ICP-OES tests were conducted to detect eight metal elements: lead, manganese, copper, Chromium, potassium, sodium, calcium, and magnesium. Results This experiment used the standard substance GBW08509 skim milk powder as the accuracy and precision of the experiment. The measured value fell completely within the recommended value standard and RSD was measured 6 times.The linear range is 0.1-0.5 mg/L, the correlation coefficient is between 0.999 1-0.999 9, the RSD is between 0.32 % and 1.99 %, and the method detection limit is between 0.9-6.6 μg/L. Conclusions The experimental results show that the ICP-OES technique is suitable for the analysis of heavy metal content in milk and dairy products.It has the characteristics of fast, convenient and green.
