叙永县居民膳食习惯与高血压患者相关性分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the correlation between the dietary habits of residents and hypertension patients in Xuyong county

摘要 目的了解泸州市叙永县居民膳食摄入量与患高血压的关系,对其相关因素进行分析,从而为全面开展社区慢性病高风险人群健康管理和生活方式干预工作提供科学依据。方法2016年7月采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,由统一培训的调查员在村医生、预防保健员或社区工作人员带领下入户进行面对面询问调查和相关检查。结果在5319名调查对象中,高血压患者有1296人,占24.4%。膳食摄入量与高血压患病风险关系分析显示,摄入蛋类,水果较多者,高血压发病风险较低。结论泸州市叙永县居民膳食结构有待调整,相关部门应根据膳食营养监测结果进行指导,开展营养干预工作,从而降低高血压的风险。 Objective To understand dietary nutrition and hypertension of Xuyong residents, to analyze its related factors, and to comprehensively carry out community chronic high-risk population health management and provide a scientific basis for lifestyle intervention work. Methods In July 2016, multi-stage random sampling method, the unified training of investigators in the village doctor, prevention, health care or community staff led by asking survey and related inspection door face to face. Results Among 5 319 subjects, high blood pressure, 1 296 residents, accounted for 24.4%. Analysis of the relationship between dietary intake and the risk of hypertension revealed that the risk of hypertension was lower in those who consumed more eggs and fruits. Conclusions The dietary structure of residents in xuyong county of luzhou city needs to be adjusted, and relevant departments should provide guidance according to the monitoring results of dietary nutrition and carry out nutrition intervention so as to reduce the risk of hypertension.
