摘要
为满足"2+26"城市大气污染防治工作对加热炉废气中NO_X排放标准的有关要求,从执行标准、油田加热炉现状、燃气加热炉安装低氮燃烧器工艺技术的可行性等方面进行了分析,并对其投运后NO_X的防治效果进行了对比研究。结果表明:加热炉NO_X浓度大大降低,控制在40~50 mg/m^3,可满足GB 13271-2014《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》和《京津冀及周边地区2018-2019年秋冬季大气污染综合治理攻坚行动方案》的要求。
In order to meet the requirements of NOxemission standard in furnace exhaust gas for the prevention and control of air pollution in "2+26" cities,this paper analyzes the implementation standard,the present situation of furnaces in oil fields and the feasibility of installing low nitrogen burner in gas furnaces,and makes a comparative study on the prevention and control effect of NOxafter it is put into operation.The results show that the NOxconcentration of furnaces is greatly reduced in the range from 40-50 mg/m^3.It can meet the current environmental protection requirements,including GB13271-2014 "Emission Standards of Air Pollutants for Boilers" and "The Action Plan for Comprehensively Controlling Air Pollution in the Autumn and Winter of 2018-2019 in the Beijing-tianjin-hebei Region and Their Surrounding Areas".
