单井燃气加热炉燃烧器低氮氧化物排放研究 被引量:1

摘要 对50 kW单井燃气加热炉的自然引风扩散式燃烧器进行文献分析和燃烧机理研究,结合CFD数值模拟,计算自然引风扩散式燃烧器在不同过剩空气系数下NO_(x)和CO排放量,分析全预混燃烧器在不同过剩空气系数(燃气空气混合物温度为27℃)和不同混合气初始温度(过剩空气系数为1.5)下NO_(x)排放量及低氮排放的技术要求。分析结果表明,自然引风扩散式燃烧器的污染物排放不能满足当前要求,全预混燃烧技术更适合小型单井燃气加热炉的低氮改造;在燃烧器改造中,全预混燃烧器应满足高过剩空气系数下稳定运行、混合气隔热良好等技术要求。 Literature analysis and combustion mechanism research on natural draft diffusion burner of 50 kW single well gas heating boiler are carried out.Combined with CFD numerical simulation,the NO_(x) and CO emissions of natural draft diffusion burner under different excess air coefficients are calculated,and the technical requirements of NO_(x) emissions and low nitrogen emissions of fully premixed burner under different excess air coefficients(gas-air mixture temperature is 27℃)and different initial mixture temperatures(excess air coefficient is 1.5)are analyzed.The analysis results show that the pollutant emissions of natural draft diffusion burner cannot meet the current requirements,and the fully premixed combustion technology is more suitable for the low nitrogen transformation of small single well gas heating boiler.In the burner transformation,the fully premixed burner should meet the technical requirements of stable operation under high excess air coefficient and good mixed gas heat insulation.
