摘要
为保障基坑开挖过程中周边建筑的安全使用,采用全站仪和水准仪对重庆市某基坑施工过程中周边建筑物进行了6年多的监测。监测结果表明,基坑开挖过程中监测对象受开挖影响最剧烈的时间为基坑开挖中期,一般为施工1~2个月时影响最大,应加强监测与巡视,开挖后期及结束后,监测对象下沉量缓慢累积,一般不超过总下沉量的20%;监测对象受开挖影响程度与基坑距离、楼层数及监测对象整体结构、基础形式、基础深度等密切相关,距离越远受开挖影响越小、楼层越高且平面尺寸越大影响越小。本次监测对象时空变化特征为类似工程地质条件下的开挖提供了参考。
In order to ensure the safe use of the surrounding buildings during the excavation of the foundation pit, the total station and the level gauges were used to monitor the surrounding buildings during the construction of a foundation pit in Chongqing for more than 6 years. The monitoring results showed that the most severe time of the excavation of the monitoring object during the excavation process was the mid-term excavation. Generally, the impact was greatest when the construction was 1~2 months. The monitoring and inspection should be strengthened. Late and after excavation, the amount of subsidence of the monitoring object was slowly accumulated, generally, it was not exceeding 20% of the total sinking amount;the degree of influence of the excavation of the monitoring object was closely related to the distance of the foundation pit, the number of floors, the overall structure, the basic form, and the foundation depth of the monitoring object. Influence affected by the excavation was smaller in the farther distance, and the influence was smaller for the higher floor and the bigger plane size. The temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the monitoring object provided the reference for the excavation under the similar engineering geological conditions.
