摘要
基坑顶部位移、地表沉降以及管线变形监测误差较大,影响建筑露天深基坑施工质量。为了减小建筑露天深基坑变形监测误差,本文设计一种基于无人机摄影和点云配准的建筑露天深基坑变形视觉监测方法。规划无人机飞行范围和航飞步骤,设置每次航飞参数以及航向和旁向重叠率,完成无人机摄影图像数据采集;建立露天深基坑变形监测模型,设计监测模型流程,基于点云配准实现变形监测;利用监测模型计算误差参数和两组同名点间坐标转换关系,得到校正坐标;进行点云之间的配准,实现变形视觉监测。利用工程实例对设计的监测方法进行性能测试,结果表明,在某工程的基坑顶部位移、地表沉降以及管线变形监测测试中,本文设计的监测方法与实际情况更接近,误差有效减小。
The monitoring errors of displacement at the top of the foundation pit,surface settlement,and pipeline deformation are significant,which affect the construction quality of open-air deep foundation pits in buildings.In order to reduce the deformation monitoring error of open-air deep foundation pits in buildings,a visual monitoring method for the deformation of open-air deep foundation pits in buildings based on drone photography and point cloud registration was designed.The flight range and flight steps of the drones were planned,and the parameters for each flight were set,as well as the overlap rate of heading and sidetracking.As a result,the image data by drone photography was collected.A deformation monitoring model for open-air deep foundation pits was established,and a monitoring model process was designed.Deformation monitoring based on point cloud registration was achieved,and the error parameters and coordinate conversion relationship between two sets of points with the same name were calculated by using the monitoring model.The correction coordinates were thus obtained.Registration between point clouds was performed to achieve visual monitoring of deformation.The performance test of the designed monitoring method was conducted using engineering examples,and the results show that in the monitoring and testing of the displacement at the top of the foundation pit,surface settlement,and pipeline deformation of certain engineering,the designed monitoring method is closer to the actual situation,and the error is effectively reduced.
