摘要
对海外大型石油EPC项目采购管理的特点和执行要点进行理论分析,并以哈萨克斯坦PKOP炼油厂项目为例,对海外大型石油石化项目实施过程中的采购管理实践经验与创新进行总结,揭示了国际EPC工程项目采购管理的难点及其解决方案,为执行类似国际大型石油石化EPC项目提供理论参考和实践经验。
Taking the project of PKOP refinery in Kazakhstan as an example,this paper summarizes the experiences and highlights of procurement management in the implementation of large overseas petroleum and petrochemical projects,reveals the difficulties and solutions of procurement management of EPC projects in international projects,and provides theoretical reference and hands-on experience for overseas implementation of EPC projects in international large petroleum and petrochemical industries.
