摘要
目的:分析临床血液肿瘤患者使用PICC导管进行营养支持的临床使用效果。方法:选择首都医科大学宣武医院就诊的应用PICC导管进行营养支持的血液肿瘤患者共40例作为观察组纳入研究,同期非PICC导管营养支持的40例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者一般营养状况和不良事件出现情况。结果:观察组患者的相关营养指标均显著高于对照组,不良事件出现率明显低于对照组,以上差异均有统计意义(P <0. 05)。结论:应用PICC导管作为血液肿瘤患者营养支持的途径,可改善患者营养状况,同时减少不良事件的出现,值得临床推广。
[Objective] To study the effect of PICC catheter on nutritional support in patients with blood tumor.[Method] We chose 40 patients with blood tumor who use the PICC catheter as the observation group,the 40 patients with blood tumor who do not use the PICC catheter as the control group,the nutritional effect and the incidence of adverse events were compared.[Result] The nutritional index in the observation group was higher than the control group,while the incidence of adverse events was lower than the control group,which had statistical significance( P <0.05).[Conclusion] Using the PICC catheter is a way to providing the nutritional support for the patients with blood tumor,which can improve the nutritional condition and decrease the incidence of adverse events.
