摘要
“互联网+”时代的到来对气象人才培养提出了新的挑战,亟需培养具有“互联网+”思维的复合型人才。通过重构气象学科专业结构,加强高校和行业企业之间的协同培养,共享优质气象资源,可以重新塑造气象人才培养的规格和模式。气象行业和高校都应该紧跟“互联网+”时代的潮流,加强宏观政策引导,探索“互联网+”治理机制,加大资源建设,共同推动气象人才培养模式改革。
The advent of the “Internet +” era has raised new challenges for the training of meteorological personnel, and it is even more necessary to cultivate a composite talent with “Internet +” thinking. This requires rebuilding the professional structure of meteorological disciplines, strengthening the collaborative training between universities and industry enterprises, and sharing the high-quality meteorological resources to reshape the specifications and models for the training of meteorological talent. The meteorological industry and universities should closely follow the trend of the “Internet +” era, strengthen macroeconomic policy guidance, explore the “Internet +” governance mechanism, increase resource construction, and jointly promote the reform of the meteorological talent training model.
