矿渣微粉细度对胶结充填体强度的影响 被引量:6

摘要 酒钢矿渣属于酸性低活性矿渣,为了激发其潜在活性,解决其强度低的问题,采用机械活化的方式,将熙金公司生产的原状渣粉粉磨1.0h和1.5h,以获得不同细度的渣粉,对其进行粒度和微观分析,并在此基础上探究渣粉细度对胶结充填体强度的影响。试验表明:随着粉磨时间增加,矿渣微粉粒径迅速减小,粉磨1.5h后的矿渣微粉平均粒径从24.31μm减小到12.26μm,降幅达到49.6%;微观分析表明,机械粉磨主要是对矿渣颗粒的粒径和表面形貌产生影响,不会改变其内部晶体结构及物相组成;胶结充填体的强度随着渣粉细度的增大而增大,粉磨1.0h的中细渣粉3d、7d和28d强度较之于原状渣粉分别提高了33.3%、30%和9.3%,粉磨1.5h的超细渣粉3d、7d和28d强度较之于原状渣粉分别提高了63%、53.6%和35.2%。 Jiuquan slag (JQS) is a kind of acid slag with low activity. In order to stimulate its potential activity and improve its strength, the original slag powder (OSP) produced by Xijin Company is pulverized for 1.0 h and 1.5 h to obtain different fineness of the slag powder. Its particle size and microscopic analysis were carried out, and the effect of slag powder fineness on the strength of cemented filling were explored. The results show that the average particle size of the slag powder decreases from 24.31 μm to 12.26 μm and decreases by 49.6 % when the grinding time is increased to 1.5h. The microscopic analysis shows that the mechanical grinding mainly affects the particle size and surface morphology of slag particles, and does not change its internal crystal structure and phase composition.The strength of cemented filling is enhanced with the increase of slag fineness, The strength of 3 d, 7 d and 28 d of the medium sized slag powder (MSP) after grinding for 1.0 h increased by 33.3 %, 30.0 % and 9.3 % respectively compared with that of original slag powder, and the strength of 3 d, 7 d and 28 d of the superfine slag powder(SSP) after grinding for 1.5 h increased by 63.0 %, 53.6 % and 35.2 % respectively.
