摘要
PROFINET由PROFIBUS国际组织推出,是新一代基于工业以太网技术的自动化总线标准。PROFINET支持创建端到端、集成过程并可配置的网络接口,实现所有层级的自动化生产,最大化利用资源。基于此,结合炼铁厂热风炉系统,详细阐述了PROFINET总线技术在博途软件中的应用技术、相关设置和使用。PROFINET借用以太网,可以同时传输TCP、IT数据、语音和图像等,PROFIBUS无法比拟。
PROFINET, launched by PROFIBUS International Organization, is a new generation of automation bus standard based on Industrial Ethernet technology. PROFINET supports the creation of end-to-end, integrated process and configurable network interfaces, realizes automated production at all levels, and maximizes the use of resources. Based on this, combined with hot blast stove system of ironmaking plant, the application technology, relevant settings and usage of PROFINET bus technology in Botu software are elaborated in detail. PROFINET can transmit TCP, IT data, voice and image at the same time by using ethernet, which is incomparable with PROFIBUS.
