摘要
某型产品批产过程中,往往希望能够早期发现故障隐患并妥善解决。因此,数据分析工作尤为重要。若能开发一款软件,对批产过程中的所有产品测试数据建立数据库,并对数据库中的数据进行一致性分析,后续工作中重点观察和跟踪表现异常的产品,将能在早期发现故障,排除故障隐患。基于某批产品的测试数据建立Access数据库,基于LabWwindows/CVI开发一款数据分析软件。该软件能够分析产品测试数据,便于测试人员及时发现不合格产品,减小产品故障率。
In the process of batch production of a certain type of product, it is often hoped that hidden troubles can be found early and solved properly. Therefore, data analysis is particularly important. If we can develop a software to build a database of all product test data in the process of mass production, and analyze the consistency of the data in the database, and focus on observing and tracking abnormal products in the follow-up work, we can find out the faults in the early stage and eliminate the hidden troubles. Access database is established based on test data of a batch of products, and a data analysis software is developed based on LabWwindows/CVI. The software can analyze the test data of the product, facilitate the tester to find the unqualified product in time, and reduce the failure rate of the product.
