摘要
随着建筑行业的不断发展,建筑管理者对于建筑管理质量和水平的重视程度逐渐提高。建筑工程管理水平的高低,直接决定了建筑工程施工质量的强弱,对于建筑行业的发展以及增强经济效益而言至关重要。建筑工程管理的现代化和精细化观念的提出,为建筑行业现代化管理指明了全新的方向。与常规的建筑工程管理相比,可以有效降低建筑工程的成本,规避不必要的资源损耗现象,从根源上为建筑工程的质量提供保证。现阶段的建筑工程管理仍然存在部分问题,阻碍施工质量和建筑效益的提高,文章提出现代化和精细化管理的理念,探究其对建筑工程管理的影响。
With the continuous development of the construction industry, building managers pay more and more attention to the quality and level of building management. The level of construction project management directly determines the strength of construction quality, which is very important for the development of construction industry and enhancing economic benefits. The modernization and refinement of construction project management have pointed out a new direction for the modern management of construction industry. Compared with the conventional construction project management, this management mode can effectively reduce the cost of the construction project, avoid the unnecessary loss of resources, and provide a guarantee for the quality of the construction project from the root. At the present stage, there are still some problems in construction project management, which hinder the improvement of construction quality and building efficiency. This paper puts forward the concept of modernization and fine management, and deals with its impact on construction project management.
