摘要
基于Incopat专利检索分析平台,对国内外甘蓝红色素提取与应用产业专利技术发展态势、高价值专利、IPC分布及产业的布局情况进行了相关数据的采集和分析。结果表明:甘蓝红色素提取与应用产业全球专利申请量比较低,申请量最多的国家主要是中国、日本和美国,研究的领域主要集中在甘蓝红色素的提取以及作为着色剂的应用。
Based on Incopat patent retrieval and analysis platform, the development trend of patent technology, high value patent, IPC distribution and industrial layout of cabbage red pigment extraction and application industry at home and abroad were collected and analyzed. The results show that the number of global patent applications for the extraction and application of cabbage red pigment is relatively low, and the countries with the largest number of applications are mainly China, Japan and the United States. The research fields are mainly focused on the extraction of cabbage red pigment and its application as a colorant.
