摘要 定义了电网负荷损失方面的风险指标。为满足运行风险在线分析的要求,建立了考虑局部削减范围的负荷削减模型,该模型以局部削减范围内一、二、三类负荷削减量与负荷重要度乘积之和的最小值为目标函数,并满足电网安全运行约束条件。给出了负荷重要度的取值依据,提出了基于有功功率流的局部削减范围求取方法,将负荷削减模型求解过程从传统的全局寻优转换为负荷削减范围内寻优。对IEEE24等多个节点系统进行仿真计算,结果表明所提负荷削减范围求取方法能得到靠近故障元件的负荷节点集,计及局部削减范围的负荷削减模型计算结果准确可靠,计算效率大幅提高。 Firstly, the risk indicators of power grid load loss are defined. Secondly, in order to meet the online analysis of operational risk, a load shedding model considering the local shedding range is established. The model takes the minimum value of the sum of the products of the first, second and third types of load shedding and the load importance in the local shedding range as the objective function, and satisfies safety operation constraints of the grid. Thirdly, the value basis of load importance is given. A method for finding the local shedding range based on active power flow is proposed, which transforms the solving process of the load shedding model from the traditional global optimization into the optimization in local shedding range. The simulation calculation results of multiple node systems such as IEEE 24 show that the algorithm proposed can obtain the load buses close to the fault components, and the calculation results of the load shedding model with local shedding range are accurate and reliable, thus the calculation efficiency is greatly improved.
