摘要
目的 分析糖尿病足部溃疡患者感染病原菌分布与临床治疗。方法 选取本院自2016年6月至2018年6月收治的糖尿病足部溃疡患者180例为研究对象,根据180例患者的临床资料以及足部溃疡部位的分泌物,进行相关感染病原菌培养,观察糖尿病足部溃疡患者的感染病原菌分布状况以及治疗效果。结果 180例患者的分泌物培养出了360株细菌,其中粪肠球菌最多,66株,从药物实验中可以发现,普通的抗菌药物敏感率比较低。180例患者中有100例患者进行手术治疗,80例患者进行药物治疗。其中进行清创排脓的糖尿病足溃疡患者有60例,进行截趾手术的患者有30例,进行截肢手术的患者有10例。180例患者进行治疗后,一共有80例患者治愈,有70例患者病情好转,其中有11例患者没有治愈但是选择出院,9例患者治疗失败,病情加重导致死亡。结论 糖尿病足部溃疡患者感染病原菌类型多并且复杂,包括粪肠球菌、革兰阳性球菌、革兰阴性球菌、厌氧菌,与抗菌药物进行试验后效果并不理想,病菌的耐药性比较高。患者如有糖尿病足溃疡症状应该及时进行治疗。才能保证效果。
Objective Study on the distribution and clinical treatment of pathogenic bacteria in diabetic foot ulcer patients.Methods 180 patients with diabetic foot ulcers admitted from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the clinical data of 180 patients and the secretion of foot ulcers,the pathogenic bacteria of related infection were cultured.To observe the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in diabetic foot ulcer patients and the therapeutic effect.Results A total of 360 strains of bacteria were isolated from the secretions of 180 patients,of which 66 were Enterococcus faecalis.The susceptibility rate of common antibiotics was low.100 of 180 patients were treated with surgical treatment and 80 patients were treated with drugs.Among them,there are 60 cases of diabetic foot ulcer with debridement and purulent discharge,30 cases of toe amputation,10 cases of 180 cases of amputation after treatment,a total of 80 cases are cured,70 cases of patients improve their condition.Of these,11 were not cured but 9 were discharged from the hospital.Failure of treatment leads to death due to aggravation of the illness.Conclusion Patients with diabetic foot ulcers are infected with many and complicated pathogens,including Enterococcus faecalis,Gram-positive cocci,Gram-negative cocci,anaerobic bacteria,and antimicrobial agents.The drug resistance of bacteria is high.Patients with diabetic foot ulcers should be treated in time.To ensure the effect.
