摘要 分析测量管线钢矩形试样规定总延伸强度Rt0.5的过程中产生误差的原因,设计开发了管线钢矩形试样拉伸试验测量系统。该系统由球铰式框架结构和光栅传感器组成球铰式光电引伸计,利用光栅传感器测量精度高与球铰式装卡的优势结合,把采集的信号通过数据处理器传递给计算机控制系统,通过系统的模数转换和软件的功能运算,能有效克服测量过程中的误差,保证试验结果的准确性和重复性,具有记录全过程拉伸曲线的功能,满足管线钢相关检验和试验标准要求。 The causes for errors appear in the process of measuring the specified total elongation strength Rt0.5 of a pipeline steel rectangle sample are analyzed, and a tensile test measuring system for pipeline steel rectangle samples is designed and developed. This system consists a spherical hinge photoelectric extensometer composed by a spherical hinge frame structure and an optical grating sensor, combining the high precision of the optical grating sensor and the advantage of the spherical hinge fixing method. The collected signals are transmitted by a data processor to a computer control system, and then processed by the analog-digital converting function and the software calculating function. The measuring errors can be effectively overcame, so the accuracy and the repeatability of testing results are ensured. The system also has the function of recording the entire tensile curve. The requirement of relevant inspection and testing standards for pipeline steel are met.
