摘要
利用不同的试验机,采用单引伸计法和双引伸计法、全自动引伸计法对X65管线钢屈服强度的测量进行了研究。结果表明用全自动电子拉伸试验机和全自动引伸计测量管线钢的规定延伸强度最为准确可靠,而单引伸计法测量厚规格管线钢规定延伸强度时容易出现异常结果;管线钢下屈服强度的测量结果要比规定延伸强度的测量结果稳定。
The yield strength testing for line pipe steel X65 was investigated by means of single extensometer,double extensometer,automatic extensometer and different testing machine. The results showed that,by means of automatic testing machine and automatic extensometer , the proof strengthe values of line pipe steel were the most correct; Meanwhile, by means of single extensometer, the proof strengthes values of thicker line pipe steel sometimes would be incorrect. Tested results of low yield strength of line pipe steel were more stable than that of proof strengthes.
