摘要
分析了当前装备保障工作面临的困难和产生的原因,确定了实战化条件下装备保障工作的新情况和新要求,研究提出了建立"军民一体化装备保障体系"的设想,提出了改革现行装备保障管理体制和运行机制,提高装备保障质量和效益的措施建议。
The difficulties and their causes of equipment support recently are analyzed, and the new support conditions and requirements are identified in this paper. The paper proposes many measures and suggestions that they include establishing the idea of " Civil-Military integrated equipment support system of systems", changing the existing equipment support management system and mechanism, and improving the quality and efficiency of equipment support.
