摘要
目的评价三黄糖肾康颗粒改善小鼠炎症因子的作用。方法采用STZ联合高脂诱导小鼠糖尿病模型,连续给药三黄糖肾康颗粒4周,检测体重、血糖、炎症因子变化,评价三黄糖肾康颗粒的调控血糖及炎症因子,降低体重的作用。结果与模型组相比,三黄糖肾康颗粒低、高组小鼠的炎症因子水平均得到改善,血糖降低,体重降低。结论三黄糖肾康颗粒通过改善炎症,降低血糖及体重,发挥治疗糖尿病作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Sanhuang Tang Shenkang Granule on improving inflammatory factors in mice. Methods: STZ was used in combination with high-fat mice to induce diabetes in mice. Continuous administration of Sanhuang Tang Shenkang Granules for 4 weeks. Changes of body weight, blood glucose, and inflammatory factors were detected. Efficacy of Sanhuang Tang Shenkang Granules on regulating blood glucose and inflammatory factors, and weight loss were evaluated. effect. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of inflammatory factors in the mice with low and high concentrations of Sanhuang Tang Shenkang Granules were improved, blood glucose decreased, and body weight decreased. Conclusion: Sanhuang Tang Shenkang Granule can play a role in the treatment of diabetes by improving inflammation, reducing blood sugar and body weight.
