某高校2018年果蔬农残检测及质量安全情况分析

摘要 通过采用乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制法,抽样检测某高校8个餐厅日常采购的蔬菜瓜果中有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的情况,为该校果蔬质量安全的督导工作提供数字依据。结果显示,叶菜类超标品种较多,瓜果类农残超标较为严重。数据表明,农残检测未超标率(即合格率)为92.9%,农残超标率为2.6%,可疑农残超标率为4.5%,这为蔬菜质量的把关提供了重要依据。 In order to monitor the safety of vegetables and fruits, and provide scientific data for supervision, sampling tests of organicphosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits from university canteens in Shenzhen were regularly performed. The results showed that an excessive dose of pesticide residues in leafy vegetables were more frequently found than fruits and other kinds of vegetable Overall, the passing rate of pesticide residue detection was 92.9 %, the excessive rate of pesticide residues was 2.6 %, and the rate of suspiciously excessive pesticide residues was 4.5 %. This work provided a scientific basis for safety checks of vegetables and fruits.
