摘要
[目的]研究不同的外源激素对茄子种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以紫色长茄'福茄ZL'种子为材料,研究外源激素IAA、SA、GA3、6-BA对茄子种子的萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]4 mmol/L的SA,50、100 mg/L的GA3,8 mg/L的6-BA对茄子种子的萌发有促进作用,优于其他处理。4 mol/L的SA,100 mg/L的GA3,1.5 mg/L的IAA,8 mg/L的6-BA对幼苗的生长发育促进效果明显。其他各激素不同浓度的处理对茄子幼苗的生长均有不同程度的促进作用。[结论]该研究可为茄子的种植提供参考依据。
[Objective] To study the effects of different exogenous hormones on eggplant seed germination and seedling growth.[Method]Take the purple long eggplant 'FUQIEZL' seeds as materials,the effects of exogenous hormones IAA,SA,GA3 and 6-BA on eggplant seed germination and seedling growth were studied.[Result] SA of 4 mmol/L,GA3 of 50 and 100 mg/L and 6-BA of 8 mg/L promoted the germination of eggplant seeds,which was superior to other treatments. 4 mol/L SA,100 mg/L GA3,1.5 mg/L IAA and 8 mg/L 6-BA had obvious effects on the growth and development of seedlings. The growth of eggplant seedlings was promoted by different concentrations of other hormones.[Conclusion] This study can provide reference for eggplant cultivation.
