摘要 电梯悬挂钢丝绳是极为关键的承载部件,除了满足确定载荷下的力学强度以外,还应具有足够的安全余量,以便应对其他不确定的载荷情况。国内外电梯技术标准都对悬挂钢丝绳的安全系数提出了要求,但不同标准对安全系数的考量要求各不相同。为了辨识这些差别,首先对电梯悬挂钢丝绳典型失效模式进行总结和分析;然后比较中国标准、欧洲标准和美国ASME标准对电梯悬挂钢丝绳安全系数的具体要求,讨论悬挂钢丝绳安全系数的计算方法;最后对电梯悬挂钢丝绳安全系数的取值范围进行了分析和讨论。研究结果有助于理解电梯悬挂钢丝绳安全系数的力学意义,对电梯悬挂钢丝绳的安全评价具有一定的参考作用。 Suspension wire ropes are very critical load-bearing components in elevator system.In addition to meet the strength requirements of defined loads,suspension ropes should also have safety redundancy to accommodate other uncertain load conditions.Actually,elevator standards at domestic and abroad all set requirements for the safety factor of suspension wire ropes.However,the consideration for the safety factor are very different in these standards. First,summarized the typical failure modes of elevator wire ropes,and compared the Chinese standards,European standards and the ASME standards on the specific requirements of the safety factor of the suspension ropes.And then,the calculation method of the safety factor of the suspension ropes also discussed.Finally,the range of the safety factor for elevator wire rope was analyzed and discussed.The results of this study are helpful to understand the mechanics nature of safety factor of wire rope,and also has reference significance on the safety evaluation of elevator ropes.
