摘要
目前很多货梯使用方对安全使用货梯认识不足,认为装、卸载过程中的叉车总负荷不会对电梯的安全性产生影响,存在较大的安全隐患。文中分析了使用叉车装、卸载货物时在不同的叉车负荷下对货梯曳引力、钢丝绳安全系数及轿厢意外移动(UCMP)距离等的安全性影响,提出了适应不同叉车负荷的货梯设计改进建议及现场预防措施。
Currently,many users of freight elevators do not know enough about the safe use of freight elevators.They do not think that the total load of forklift trucks during loading and unloading will affect the elevator safety,which poses great potential safety hazards.In this paper,the safety effects of forklift loading and unloading on the traction force,safety factor of steel wire rope and UCMP distance of freight elevator under different forklift loads are analyzed,and suggestions for improvement of freight elevator design and on-site preventive measures suitable for different forklift loads are put forward.
