摘要
目的:探讨针药结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果及对患者激素水平的调节作用。方法:选取我院收治的PCOS妇女120例(2015年7月至2016年1月)进行回顾性研究,其中60例采用西医常规疗法治疗(对照组)、60例采用桂枝茯苓加味逍遥丸、针刺联合西医常规疗法治疗(观察组),对比两组患者治疗3个月后的临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的LH、T、FINS、Leptin、BMI均低于对照组(P <0.05),两组患者治疗后的LH、T、FINS、Leptin、BMI均低于本组治疗前(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组的月经周期、月经量与色、腰膝酸软、性欲、经期腹痛、舌质淡紫、脉细涩积分低于对照组(P <0.05),两组患者治疗后的月经周期、月经量与色、腰膝酸软、性欲、经期腹痛、舌质淡紫、脉细涩积分低于本组治疗前(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组临床痊愈率20.00%、显效率53.33%,对照组临床痊愈率11.67%、显效率36.67%,观察组临床效果优于对照组。结论:针药结合治疗PCOS患者能显著的调节患者的激素水平、改善患者的临床症候、提高临床治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and the regulation of hormone levels. Methods: A total of 120 patients(from July 2015 to January 2016)were selected from our hospital. Among them, 60 patients were treated with conventional western medicine(control group) and 60 cases were treated with Guizhi Fuling Jiawei Xiaoyao Pill, acupuncture combined with western medicine conventional therapy(observation group). The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after 3 months’ treatment.Results: After treatment, the levels of LH, T, FINS, Leptin and BMI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The levels of LH, T, FINS, Leptin and BMI of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05);After treatment, the scores of the menstrual cycle, menstrual flow and color, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, sexual desire, menstrual abdominal pain, tongue lavender and pulse astringent in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The scores of menstrual cycle, menstrual flow and color, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, sexual desire, menstrual abdominal pain, tongue luster and pulse astringent in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical cure rate was20.00% and the effective rate was 53.33% in observation group, and the clinical cure rate was 11.67% and the effective rate was 36.67% in control group. The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of PCOS patients can significantly regulate the level of the patient’s hormone, improve the clinical symptoms of the patient, and improve the effect of clinical treatment.
