摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢导致不孕的临床疗效。[方法]将76例病例分为两组,治疗组56例用氯米芬胶囊、乙烯雌酚、HCG等西药,遵循中医“肾主生殖”的理论,按照女子月经周期中卵泡生长、发育、排出的不同生理阶段,用不同作用的中药;对照组20例,单纯用上述西药治疗。观察两组的妊娠率。[结果]6个月以后统计,治疗组妊娠率60·6%,对照组妊娠率30%,两组对照差异有显著性(P<0·05?。[结论]中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢导致的不孕有良好的疗效。
[Objective] To observe the clinical cure effect of combination of TCM and WM on sterility caused by polycystic ovary. [Method] Divide 76 cases into 2 groups, the treatment group 56 cases treated with Clomifene capsule, Diethylstilbestrol and HCG, and together with different Chinese drugs under TCM theory ＂kidney rules reproduction＂, according to women＇s different physiological periods of follicular growth, development and ejection in menstruation circle; the control one 20 cases were purely applied with western medicine above. Mainly observe both pregnancy rates. [Result] Make statistics after 6 months, on pregnancy rate, 60.6% for the treatment group, 30% for the control. Two had marked difference（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM has good curative effect in treating sterility caused by polycystic ovary.
