胆石症患者行ERCP取石术后LC手术时间的探讨被引量：7

摘要胆囊结石是一种常见疾病,部分患者同时可伴随有胆总管结石。经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, ERCP )取石联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy, LC)以创伤小、恢复快的特点被广泛应用于胆总管结石合并胆囊结石患者的治疗,为此类疾病的诊治提供了安全、有效的手段。
