摘要
采用炭黑作为补强剂对各牌号天然橡胶作补强,并将补强前后天然橡胶的性能进行对比,以研究炭黑对于各牌号天然橡胶性能的影响。实验结果表明:炭黑补强天然橡胶的焦烧时间顺序为11#>10#>9#≈12#,正硫化时间顺序为12#>11#>10#>9#,硫化速度大小顺序为9#≈10#>11#>12#,交联密度高低顺序为12#>10#>11#>9#。炭黑补强使天然橡胶硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨耗性能和耐疲劳性能上升,断裂伸长率下降。炭黑补强天然橡胶硫化胶的拉伸强度大小顺序为9#≈10#>11#>12#,撕裂强度大小顺序为10#>9#>11#>12#,耐磨耗性能大小顺序为9#>10#>11#>12#,耐疲劳性能的顺序为:10#≈11#>9#>12#,硬度大小的顺序为10#≈11#≈12#>9#。炭黑补强天然橡胶硫化胶的耐热氧老化性能顺序为11#> 9#≈10#≈12#。11#低温下的贮存模量高于9#,但温度升高后两者相近。9#和11#的玻璃化温度基本相同,tanδ-温度曲线基本一致。
This paper taken carbon black as a reinforcing agent to reinforce the natural rubber of each grade, and compares the properties of natural rubber before and after reinforcement to study the effect of carbon black on the properties of various grades of natural rubber. The experimental results show that the scorch time sequence of carbon black reinforced natural rubber was 11#>10#>9#≈12#;The order of vulcanization time was 12#>11#>10#>9#;The order of vulcanization speed was 9#≈10#>11#>12#;The order of crosslink density was 12#>10#>11#>9#. The carbon black reinforcement increased the hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance of the natural rubber vulcanizate, and the elongation at break decreased. The order of tensile strength for carbon black reinforced natural rubber vulcanizate was 9#≈10#>11#>12#;The order of tear strength was 10#>9#>11#>12#;The order of wear resistance performance was 9#>10#>11#>12#;The order of fatigue resistance was 10#≈11#>9#>12#;The order of hardness was 10#≈11#≈12#>9#;The heat-resistant oxygen aging performance of carbon black reinforced natural rubber vulcanizate was 11#> 9#≈10#≈12#. The storage modulus of 11# at low temperature was higher than 9#, but these two were similar when temperature was higher. The glass transition temperatures of 9# and 11# were basically the same, and the tan δ-temperature curve was basically the same.
