10kV电缆附件典型缺陷仿真与绝缘故障分析 被引量:30

摘要 采用有限元方法对10 kV电缆附件安装过程中产生的两种典型绝缘缺陷(外半导电层断口处主绝缘割伤、外半导电层断口台阶)进行仿真,研究表明:缺陷处的电场集中,电场强度大于空气的平均击穿场强30kV/cm,容易引发局部放电,导致绝缘故障。通过对一起典型缺陷引起的绝缘事故进行分析,并提出预防措施。 Two typical defects produced during the installation period of cable accessories were simulated by finite element method.The results show that the electric field intensity in the defect field is higher than the average electric field intensity of air(30 kV/mm),which can easily induce partial discharge and lead to insulation failure.Finally an insulation failure accident in 10 kV cable accessories was analyzed and corresponding measures were proposed.
