摘要
贵州省是我国西南地区的重要省份,由于地域的关系,长期以来经济相对落后。2012年初颁布的《国发二号文件》专门从国家层面上对贵州经济做出宏观政策调控,对该地区的经济发展提供政策性倾斜和资金技术方面的支持,促使贵州经济又好又快的发展,搭上国家经济发展的末班车。2013年贵州省人民政府工作报告中也提出了“三高于、一达到、五翻番”的奋斗目标,推进经济增长与居民收入同步提高,全面振兴贵州经济发展。研究新时期情况下贵州经济遇到的挑战和机遇能使我们更加清晰自身的优势和劣势,实现质量的全面提升,实现经济的可持续快速发展。
Guizhou Province is an important province in the southwest of China.Due to the geographical relationship,the economy has been relatively backward for a long time.The "National Development No.2 Document" promulgated in early 2012 specifically regulated the Guizhou economy from the national level,provided policy inclination and financial technology support for the economic development of the region,promoted the Guizhou economy development to be good and fast,and caught the last bus of the country's economic development.In 2013,the work report of the People's Government of Guizhou Province also put forward the goal of "three higher,one reaching,five doubled",promoting the simultaneous increase of comprehensively economic growth and residents' income and revitalizing Guizhou's economic development.Studying the challenges and opportunities encountered by Guizhou's economy in the new era will enable us to clear our own strengths and weaknesses,achieve an overall improvement in quality and the sustainable and rapid economic development.
