摘要
通过系统地文献回顾,基于战略性新兴产业概念的应用给出了国外新兴产业的4种提法、国内战略性新兴产业的两种提法,并结合国内外有关战略性新兴产业的概念界定、主要特征和相关判定要素,总结出战略性新兴产业的7个主要特征,最后结合产业动态性、区域差异性及战略重要性的3个层面进行完整的概念考察辨析,为破除战略性新兴产业的概念误区提供借鉴。
Through a systematic review of the literature in the paper,which gives foreign four kinds of formulations and domestic two kinds of formulations based on the application of the concept of EISI.The paper combines with the concept of domestic and international relevant definition of EISI,main features and correlation judgement factors,which summarizes up seven main characteristics of EISI,and which makes a complete conceptual discrimination based on integrating industry dynamics,regional differences,three aspects of strategic importance and its seven characteristics,which strives to provide a reference for breaking through misunderstanding of the concept of EISI.
