摘要
目的探讨饮食护理干预在胃炎、胃溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月~2018年11月我院收治的200例胃炎、胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据不同的护理方式,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采取基础护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上,增加饮食护理干预。比较两组患者的护理结果,观察两组患者的生活质量评分、临床效果和护理总满意度。结果观察组患者的疾病控制、健康感觉、饮食、睡眠及日常活动评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理胃炎、胃溃疡患者的过程中应用饮食护理干预所起的效果显著,推广价值高。
Objective To investigate the effect of dietary nursing intervention on patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 200 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from September 2016 to November 2018 were enrolled as subjects.According to different nursing methods,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,each group containing 100 cases.In the control group,basic nursing as an intervention was used,while in the observation group,dietary nursing intervention was added base on the control group.The effect of the two groups was compared.The life quality score,clinical effect and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of disease control,health feeling,diet,sleep and daily activity score in the observation group were higher than those of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total clinical effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dietary nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer obtains significant effects,which has a high promotion value.
