摘要
微动疲劳普遍存在于钢芯铝绞线中,在长期的使用过程中,微动磨损及腐蚀同时存在,共同损害输电线路,造成巨大的隐患。综述了钢芯铝绞线的微动疲劳研究进展,介绍了钢芯铝绞线的微动疲劳机理、裂纹萌生和扩展机制及其影响因素。结合超高压输电导线结构特性及受力特性,基于非线性强度退化模型,研究了钢芯铝绞线的疲劳寿命,并提出了一些尚待研究与探索的问题。
In the long-term use process,fretting wear and corrosion accelerate the failure of the ACSR,which causes a huge security risk.The research progress of the fretting fatigue of ACSR is reviewed.The fretting fatigue,crack initiation and propagation mechanisms and the influencing factors of ACSR are introduced.Combined with the structural characteristics and mechanical characteristics of EHV transmission line,the fatigue strength residual strength model of ACSR is deduced based on the nonlinear strength degradation model.Some problems worth further research and exploration are put forward.
