黄连根腐病发病因素分析及防治药剂筛选 被引量:7

摘要 黄连(Coptis chinensis Franch.)是一种重要的中药材料,其根茎部位具有较高的药用价值.重庆市石柱县是黄连的重要产区,而近年来黄连根腐病的发生一定程度上限制了石柱黄连产业的发展.因此明确黄连根腐病的发病因素,并筛选有效的化学药剂,对防治黄连根腐病具有重要意义.本文针对石柱县黄连根腐病的发生情况进行调查,并开展室内药剂活性评估.调查与室内研究表明,营养失衡、种源带菌量高、土壤连作是根腐病发生的重要因素;30%噁霉灵300倍液,25%丙环唑250倍液、500倍液、1000倍液等能有效抑制黄连根腐病菌生长,平板抑菌活性可以达到94%以上.此外,笔者提出了黄连根腐病的防治意见,为黄连根腐病化学药剂预防提供参考. Coptis chinensis is an important officinal plant because of its medicinal value in Chinese traditional medicine.In recent years,C.chinensis root rot has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the C.chinensis industry in Shizhu.Therefore,studying the pathogenic factors of root rot of C.chinensis can provide a theoretical basis for scientifically developing control measures for this plant disease.In a study reported in this paper,an investigation was made of the occurrence of C.chinensis root rot in Shizhu,and an indoor evaluation of the anti-microbial activity of the C.chinensis -based pesticides was carried out.The results showed that nutrient unbalance,large quantity of the pathogens in the soil and continuous cropping were the main causes of root rot.Pesticide screening showed that application of 300 times aqueous solution of hymexazol,or 250,500 or 1 000 times aqueous solution of propiconazole effectively inhibited the growth of the hyphae of the pathogens of root rot,the anti-microbial activity being 94% or more.Some recommendations are offered in this paper for the control of this plant disease.
