摘要
目的:研究黄连(Coptis chinensis Franch.)的化学成分。方法:采用色谱技术进行分离,通过NMR等波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果:从黄连乙醇提取物中分离得到了7个异喹啉类生物碱,分别鉴定为8-oxyberberine(1),8-oxocoptisine(2),8-oxo-epiberberine(3),6-([1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g]isoquinoline-5-carbonyl)-2,3-dimethoxy-benzoic acid methylester(4),corydaldine(5),noroxyhydrastineine(6)和6,7-methylenedioxy-1(2H)-isoquinolinone(7)。结论:化合物1-7均系首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM: To study isoquinoline alkaloids of the rhizoma of Coptis chinensis. METHODS: Column chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification of chemical constituents of the plant. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Seven isoquinoline alkaloids, 8-oxyberberine (1) , 8-oxocoptisine (2) , 8-oxo-epiberberine (3), 6-( [ 1,3]dioxolo [4,5-g] isoquinoline-5-carbonyl)-2,3-dimethoxy-benzoic acid methyl ester (4), corydaldine (5), noroxyhydrastineine (6) and 6, 7-meth- ylenedioxy-1(2H)-isoquinolinone (7) were isolated from this plant. CONCLUSION: Compotmds 1 - 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
